Ian began his entrepreneurial journey in waste management, where he built and sold multiple thriving trash and recycling companies. His innovative strategies and operational efficiency turned them into industry leaders, resulting in lucrative exits.

He then founded Blake Capital Group, growing it into a real estate investment powerhouse known for strategic acquisitions, asset management, and sustainable growth. His hands-on leadership and market insight consistently deliver strong returns for investors.

Beyond business, Ian is committed to mentorship and philanthropy, investing in the next generation of entrepreneurs and community-enhancing initiatives.

Our Acquisition Criteria

The Fund will seek to deliver investors a 19%
ARR over a 3-5 year hold period.

The Fund will utilize Blake Capital Group's reputation and network to secure off or lightly-marketed multifamily investments in Growth markets.

Our acquisitions will target value add multifamily (2000's and newer).
